Kaisa Salo joined the Folks team in August 2024 and will be responsible for Folks' employment law practice until the end of the year. Kaisa has a strong in-house background, having gained extensive experience as a legal advisor for various organizations and playing a key role in supporting business operations in a wide range of legal matters. Before joining Folks, she worked at a large service sector company, where she was responsible for legal advice on employment matters and broadly supported the organization in issues related to labor law.

Kaisa assists clients especially in labor law and HR legal assignments as well as questions related to data protection and commercial contracts.
