Satu started as the HR and Office Manager at Folks in May 2024. Prior to joining Folks, Satu worked in HR positions and as a Data Protection Officer in the private healthcare sector, where she served in various administrative tasks and roles for over ten years. Her responsibilities included employment contract consultation, employee branding development, organizing staff events, and coordinating training and occupational health management. Additionally, Satu's expertise includes customer experience development, quality control, and the development of data protection practices.

At Folks, Satu is responsible for the company's internal HR, client acquisition and management, and other administrative tasks. She also assists with sales and marketing-related tasks and actively participates in the conceptualization, development, and delivery of the company's services, particularly HR legal services, in an expert role.
