Folks acted as legal adviser to the minority shareholders of Aste Holding Oy and CapMan Growth in a transaction in which Eniro Group AB acquired the entire share capital of Aste Holding Oy.
Aste is a Finnish specialist company focused on digital production and marketing. The company combines creative design, multichannel production and technological solutions across different channels. Its clients include media companies, retailers, telecommunications operators, organisations and associations.
Through the acquisition, Eniro Group strengthens its position in the Finnish marketing services market and complements its existing operations in Finland, particularly in the corporate customer segment. The transaction lays the foundation for a broader Nordic operator capable of offering digital marketing services across the entire value chain, from strategy and production to distribution.
Warm congratulations to all parties on a successful transaction, and thank you for the great collaboration!

In business law, a strong outcome depends on more than a lawyer’s knowledge of the law. Just as important is how the lawyer puts their expertise and judgement to work for the client. In the day-to-day running of a company, a legal question is rarely an isolated academic exercise. More often, it relates to a decision that needs to be made soon, negotiations that are already under way, or a change in the business where the next step must be chosen carefully but quickly.
The nearly 50 responses to Folks’ 2026 client satisfaction survey confirm what companies expect from their legal partner today: prompt access to expert legal support, practical advice and lawyers who understand the realities of their clients’ businesses. The quality and atmosphere of the working relationship also matter greatly. The results of our survey were exceptionally strong. Folks achieved a Net Promoter Score, or NPS, of 96, which can be considered an outstanding result. We are immensely grateful and will continue, with humility, to hold ourselves to the same exacting standard.
The figures tell us a great deal, but it is even more interesting to look behind them. The same themes appeared repeatedly in our clients’ feedback, regardless of their industry or the size of their company. Businesses are not primarily looking for lengthy memoranda or theoretical legal analyses. They want answers that help them make decisions, resolve problems and move their business forward.
Legal Advice Must Be Actionable
Many respondents emphasised that legal advice only creates value when it can be put into practice. Companies rarely have time to examine legal details simply for their own sake. Our clients need clear options, understandable risk assessments and recommendations on how best to proceed. They also appreciate dealing with real people who take ownership.
One client summed this up particularly well:
“I greatly value your prompt, clear and easily accessible advice, grounded in a genuine understanding of our business.”
This feedback goes to the heart of the matter. Good legal advice does not leave the client to work out what it means. It helps answer practical questions: What options do we have? What risks do they involve? What should we accept, and where should we draw the line?
In practice, this may mean providing a quick assessment of the sticking points in contract negotiations, advising on an employer-related issue, or identifying the next step in a corporate transaction. A pragmatic assessment of a dispute and clear recommendations on how to proceed will also generally save the client time and effort.
A lawyer’s role is not to stop business activity as a precaution, let alone to avoid taking responsibility. It is to help the client make well-founded decisions based on sufficient information.
Speed Matters, but It Is Not Enough on Its Own
Companies operate in a rapidly changing environment. Questions relating to contracts, employment law, data protection, the use of artificial intelligence, corporate transactions and international business arise constantly. Many situations require an answer at short notice—sometimes on the same day or even during the call itself. This is why availability and responsiveness featured so prominently in our survey.
However, speed alone is not enough. Legal advice must also be sound, clear and tailored to the client’s circumstances. At its best, speed is possible because the lawyer is experienced, commercially minded and sufficiently familiar with the client’s business to provide a useful assessment without a lengthy round of background briefing.
As one of our clients put it:
“Your way of working is an excellent fit for our company’s needs. Support is available quickly but, above all, across a broad range of matters and with a high level of expertise.”
Successful collaboration is built on the combination of speed, expertise and commercial understanding. Speed without expertise is not enough. Nor can expertise provide its full value if the advice arrives too late or is not presented in a way that genuinely supports the client’s decision-making.
Understanding the Business Makes Advice Relevant
According to the survey, our clients’ current legal needs relate particularly to contracts, data protection, employment law, artificial intelligence, corporate transactions and international business. Individual assignments may differ considerably, but our clients’ expectations are similar. Companies value lawyers who understand their objectives, operating environment and the practical realities of business decision-making.
One client described this as follows:
“A particular strength is your deep understanding of our company’s business. It is reflected in the relevance and practicality of your advice and in your ability to see the bigger picture.”
The same theme emerged in clients’ views on different service models. Fast support for individual questions was considered important, but many respondents also valued an ongoing relationship in which the lawyer already understands the company’s circumstances. The best results are often achieved by combining the two. The client receives prompt assistance with an individual question, while the relationship is supported by the lawyer’s existing knowledge of the company’s background, objectives and operating environment.
This means less time is spent explaining the context and more attention can be given to the solution itself. In contract negotiations, for example, the lawyer does not merely assess the legal risk associated with a particular clause. They also consider that risk in relation to the value of the agreement, the importance of the commercial relationship, and whether the issue is a genuine deal-breaker or a point where there is room to negotiate.
People Make the Difference in Legal Services Too
One of the most interesting findings of the survey concerned the way clients described working with Folks. Their feedback was not only about expertise, but also about people, collaboration and interaction.
One client summed up their experience as follows:
“The people at Folks do not just provide prompt, expert legal services of the highest standard. They are also exceptionally warm and a genuine pleasure to work with.”
Legal work requires specialist expertise, but it is also fundamentally about collaboration between people. Legal questions arise in the middle of busy decision-making, negotiations, periods of growth and, at times, difficult situations. It therefore matters that the working relationship feels straightforward, natural and genuinely supportive of the business. Empathy has a place in this profession too.
A legal partner’s role is not simply to explain what the law says. It is to help the client make well-founded decisions in situations where there may be several options and little time available.
Client Satisfaction Is Built Through Everyday Interactions
Our sincere thanks go to all the clients who responded to our survey. The results show that our clients value the same approach on which Folks was built: clear advice, responsive service, an enjoyable working relationship and a genuine interest in the client’s business.
At the same time, the feedback helps us continue to develop. Client satisfaction is not created by a single successful assignment. It is built through everyday interactions: responding to messages, explaining matters clearly and supporting the client’s objectives even when the legal issue is complex.
Our aim is to remain a partner that clients can approach easily, whether they need assistance with an individual legal question or support at a significant turning point in their business. Legal advice must be expert, but it must also be practical—the kind of advice that helps companies operate with greater confidence, speed and effectiveness.
Perhaps the best summary came from one of our clients:
“People make the difference. And the folks at Folks are excellent!”
