Folks acted as legal adviser to the minority shareholders of Aste Holding Oy and CapMan Growth in a transaction in which Eniro Group AB acquired the entire share capital of Aste Holding Oy.

Aste is a Finnish specialist company focused on digital production and marketing. The company combines creative design, multichannel production and technological solutions across different channels. Its clients include media companies, retailers, telecommunications operators, organisations and associations.

Through the acquisition, Eniro Group strengthens its position in the Finnish marketing services market and complements its existing operations in Finland, particularly in the corporate customer segment. The transaction lays the foundation for a broader Nordic operator capable of offering digital marketing services across the entire value chain, from strategy and production to distribution.
