We advised the shareholders of Studyo Oy in the sale of all the company's outstanding shares to Netum Group Plc. The share sale and purchase agreement was signed on 29 December 2022 and the acquisition entered into force on 2 January 2023.
Studyo Oy is establiehd in 2018. The company provided various sofware solutions especially to teh education sector. The company has currently 14 employees.
Netum Group Plc is a Finnish public company. Netum Group Plc' shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland list.

We were happy to advice Boreo Plc in the acquisition of Filterit Oy.
The parties signed a share purchase agreemetn on 20 December 2022 and the acquisition entered into force at beginning of new year.
Filterit Oy resales equipment for filtration, UV-disinfection and water treatment to private and public sector. The company employs currently eight employees and its headquarter is located in Helsinki.
At the closing of the acquisiton, Boreo Plc issued its own new shares for the sellers.

We were happy to advise A-lehdet Oy in the acquisition of majority shareholding in Satokausi Media Oy.
Satokausi Media Oy is a Finnish limited liability company established to encourage people to eat more Finnish vegetables. Satokausi Media Oy has developed into one of the biggest digital food communities in Finland. Satokausi Media Oy produces content for food sector advertisers and published a calendar called Satokausikalenteri for consumers.
A-lehdet group consists of A-Lehdet Oy, which publishes magazines and procudes various digital media content, growth marketing agency Genero Oy, Finnish Design Shop Oy, which is an online store focused on Nordic design and jewelry online shop Keskisen Kello Oy.
