What is the content of the webinar?
The webinar briefly reviews the general characteristics of a business transfer, what happens to the terms and conditions of employment of employees who transfer in a business transfer in business transfer situations, and what co-operation obligations are involved. The webinar answers the following questions, among others:
When is it likely to be a transfer of a business?
What happens to the terms and conditions of employment of migrant workers in connection with the transfer of a business?
