Sinia Raittila

Sinia is a lawyer specialised in M&A and corporate law, with solid experience in M&A projects as well as a wide range of equity and capital arrangements.

​

She has worked for several years on complex corporate transactions and various financing and restructuring arrangements, being responsible for the overall management of projects. She has experience from a law firm, the M&A team of a Big4 firm, and from working as an in-house legal counsel.
