What is the content of the webinar?

The webinar will briefly and concisely review the various working time arrangements under the Working Time Act, which entered into force at the beginning of 2020.

The webinar answers the following questions, among others:

  • How should flexible working hours be agreed and with whom?
  • Under what conditions can flexible working hours be agreed?
  • With whom can a statutory working time bank be agreed, and under what conditions?

What do you learn from the webinar?

After the webinar, you will know what is meant by flexible working hours, flexible working hours and the statutory working time bank, and when and how the above-mentioned working time arrangements can and should be agreed. 

Who is the webinar for?

The webinar is designed for business leaders, supervisors, and HR professionals regardless of the person’s role and the company’s industry.

Who will be the webinar lecturer?

The webinar will be lectured by Toni Haapasalo, a lawyer at Iconics, who has more than seven years of experience in employment-related legal advice from the public sector, an employee association and two law firms specializing in business law. Toni assists employers extensively in all matters of labor law, including the practical implementation of various working time models.

How can you attend the webinar?

The webinar will be held through Teams. You must register for the webinar no later than 17 February 2021 at 16:00. Those who register for the webinar will receive a link to the webinar by e-mail no later than 17 February 2021 at 17:00.
