Jenni Kairinen joined the Folks team at the turn of the year 2024. Jenni has a strong background in both HR law and operational HR activities, both as a consultant and in an in-house role. Before Folks, he worked as an HR and legal representative at a fast-growing health service industry operator, where he was responsible for not only HR but also data protection and contract law. In addition to law, Jenni has extensive expertise in personnel planning and management. 

Jenni assists clients especially in labor law and HR legal assignments as well as questions related to data protection and commercial contracts.
