What is the content of the webinar?

The webinar briefly reviews what the employer's right to manage work is based on and to what extent the employer can unilaterally change the employee's job duties. The webinar answers the following questions, among others:

  • What does an employer's right to manage work mean? What is its current scope?
  • Under what conditions can an employer unilaterally change an employee's job duties?

After the webinar, you will know what the employer's right to manage work means, what is its current scope, what limits it. In addition, you know in which situations and under what conditions an employer can unilaterally change an employee’s job duties.

Who is the webinar for?

The webinar is designed for business leaders, supervisors, and HR professionals regardless of the person’s role and the company’s industry.

Who will be the webinar lecturer?

The webinar will be lectured by Toni Haapasalo, a lawyer at Iconics, who has more than seven years of experience in employment-related legal advice from the public sector, an employee association and two law firms specializing in business law. Toni assists employers extensively in all employment law matters.
