What is the content of the training?

In the training, the various cooperation procedures according to the new cooperation act that entered into force at the beginning of 2022 will be reviewed regarding the personnel effects caused by changes in business operations and the organization of work, the transfer of the business and the reduction of the use of labor. The training answers, among other things, the following questions:

• What does the employer need to do and know before starting the cooperation procedure?

• What can and cannot be done by the employer during cooperation negotiations?

• What are the employer's measures after fulfilling the obligation to negotiate?
