The importance of solutions that support sustainable development continues to grow, and it is motivating to work on projects related to them. Elea & Lili Oy is a Finnish deep tech company developing cellulose-based, highly absorbent materials to replace fossil-based alternatives, especially for hygiene and agricultural use. We assisted Elea & Lili with the incorporation of the company as well as its early-stage funding round.
At the same time, we supported the efficient launch of the business by drafting critical contract templates and advising, among other things, on employment law and IPR matters. A key focus of the engagement was to build a legal foundation for Elea & Lili that supports its practical business needs and its future growth, commercialisation and international expansion.
