Folks acted as legal adviser to A-lehdet Oy and the minority shareholders of Genero Oy in a corporate transaction where the entire share capital of the marketing communications company Genero was sold to the Swedish Collaboration Art group.

Genero is a specialist company focused on growth marketing and marketing technology. It helps its clients drive business growth through solutions built on data, technology and creative expertise.

As a result of the transaction, Genero will become part of a Nordic marketing agency group. In connection with the transaction, A-lehdet and Genero’s other owners will become minority shareholders in Collaboration Art. The arrangement supports Genero’s strategic objective to grow and further develop its operations, and strengthens the company’s ability to serve its clients internationally.
