Folks acted as legal adviser to the sellers in a transaction where Rainmaker Group Oy acquired 100% of the shares in Myyntimestarit Oy.

Myyntimestarit Oy is a Finland-based telesales company that runs nationwide sales campaigns for both consumer and corporate customers, and employs approximately 60 sales professionals.

Rainmaker Group Oy focuses on outsourced sales and customer service solutions and, through this acquisition, strengthens the execution of its growth strategy and expands its service offering.
