Boreo Plc and the shareholders of Delfin Technologies Ltd have on 8 June 2023 signed a share purchase agreement concerning the shares of Delfin Technologies Ltd. The transaction is planned to enter into force on 1 July 2023. Delfin Technologies Ltd continues as a separate entity and part of Boreo Plc's Electronics Business Area.
Delfin Technologies Ltd is a Finnish health technology company manufacturing and selling skin measurement instruments. The products of Delfin Technologies Ltd are sold in 40 countries worldwide.
