We advised shareholders of Y-Pörssi Oy in the sale of Y-Pörssi's shares

We were happy to advise the shareholders of Y-Pörssi Oy in the sale of the all outstanding shares in Y-Pörssi Oy. The shares were purchased by Swedish Bolagsplatsen AB. The sale entered into force on 21 April 2023. Y-Pörssi provides an online market place called Yrityspörssi for selling and buying companies. Read more about the transaction from here.
